Staff are always friendly and helpful choice of style and sizes available is good and as I am getting less mobile I find it helpful that there is a good choice of velcro fastenings. The quality of shoes is very good and don't shop anywhere else for my footwear.

I was able to take my time trying shoes on without any pressure.
When I did ask for help to find something I was guided to where I wanted to be.
Nothing was too much trouble.I am 77 years old,recently widowed and I felt special.Thank you.I will definitely go in again.

Taken back….outstanding service
Went into the Rochdale store the other day and was taken back with the outstanding service I received from both colleagues which dealt with me. It was lovely to here the colleagues interacting with customers and them, being genuinely happy to be at work in the extreme heat.

I had a complaint about the service I received from the Dewsbury and Huddersfield stores. It was like dealing with robots. I had a response from customer service who turned out to be even worse. The products might be good customer service lacks big time. Never going back to Wynsors again.
